Return window
You may return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
How to return
Email contact@redwoodbooks.store with your order number to receive return instructions. Returns are sent to our Wichita, KS address.
Return shipping
Customers pay the return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or faulty. For damaged, incorrect, or faulty items, Redwood Books covers the return shipping cost.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within the same 14-day return window when replacement stock is available. If a replacement is unavailable, we issue a refund.
Restocking fees
We do not charge restocking fees. The restocking fee is $0.00 for eligible returns.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or by bank transfer for COD orders) within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the item and packaging — we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Non-returnable
Personalized or special-order books are non-returnable unless faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
